Window cleaning with a water fed pole
We are able to reach up to 3 storey from the supply on ground with the water fed pole. Using this system we clean all frames, sills, doors on every single visit as standard.
(if for any reason you are not happy with the results, we will clean again for free).
Traditional technique – with squeegee and mop
If you prefer to have your windows cleaned the traditional way we can do this.
The traditional method is done with the window cleaner applying a cleaning solution to the window and then cleaning it off manually with the use of a squeegee.
We then wipe down the window edges with a clean cloth leaving a perfectly clean window every time. We can also use this method for internal window cleaning.

Gutter Fascia & Soffits cleaning
Whilst UPVC is low maintenance and doesn’t need paintary, they will need to be cleaned to stop the UPVC from discolouring. We are able to clean exterior gutters, fascia’s and soffit boards.
We recommend this to be cleaned 1-2 times per year as green and black dirt can build up quickly.
Gutter clear out
We offer a gutter clean out service where we use a powerful gutter vac to suck out any mess, leaves and debris that is blocking your gutters. This could lead to damp and leaking gutters if left.
All waste is sucked straight into our machine leaving no mess on site. We also use our own power supply. If our gutter vac is unable to clear it, then we will get up there with a ladder and remove it by hand.
Pressure washing
We offer a pressure washing service. This includes Driveways, Patios, Pathways, Decking, Exterior walls + More.

The build-up of moss, algae and weeds can make your surface look in the need of attention.
Our pressure washing surface can restore the life on the surface. The life can be increased by 3-5 years.
Conservatory roof cleaning
We include the windows of your conservatory with the price we quote, but don’t forget about the roof which at Grime 2 Shine & Sons we recommend you have cleaned 2-3 times per year.
We will clean all roof panels including the plastics within the price.
Solar panels
We at Grime 2 Shine & Sons offer a solar panel cleaning service.
Solar panels will need to be cleaned so that the owner don’t lose a loss of return.
Depending on the different environmental factors to the frequency they would need to be cleaned. If you live in dustier areas e.g main roads, where there are a lot of trees surrounding, by the sea. These would need to be cleaned more frequently, as the build up of dust, bird faeces will be considerably more.
We recommend annual or twice annually. Checking your feed in tariff, would help chose how often you would need them cleaned.
